What You Will Do:
Lead a team in developing user experiences that affect thousands of products and millions of customers.Develop a new technology stack at the core of the Vista customer experience and business strategy.Grow your skills every day by working on exciting problems with talented engineers.Partner with Product, User Experience, Analysts, and Designers to overcome complex challenges with innovative technical solutions.Drive critical, highly visible, projects that deliver real customer value. Your Qualifications:
Experience in crafting microservices-driven architecture that is resilient and highly available.Proven track record in building code that meets a high bar for quality, including automated testing (e.g. through TDD), monitoring, alerting, and documentation.Previous background in leading a team of software engineers, in determining what practices make sense for the team and how the team should work.Proficiency in owning a portfolio of software products and defining how those products are developed and maintained, setting a long-term vision for them. Nice to Have:
Experience developing micro frontends using React JS or other similar frameworks.Solid ability to communicate with diverse audiences (including technical, non-technical, and senior management) and the desire to work with a cross-cultural team.Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices and experience with CI/CD tools.
