Evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies and make modifications as needed to build successful outcomes.Leads the local Talent Acquisition Team, including oversight of recruitment, stakeholder management, coaching, mentoring and development to align with organizational talent needs.Owns the day-to-day operations and the end-to-end process for recruitment at the regional level and completes regular process improvement assessments and creates buy-in with key cross-functional partners and executes where necessary.As needed, manages a requisition load; develops and executes innovative strategies to attract diverse talent for hard-to-fill and senior leadership roles.Leads weekly/bi-weekly review meetings with business leaders and key business partners to provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward
