For one of our clients in the area of Weert, we are looking for a Blaster/Sprayer. Our client is engaged in preservation, galvanizing, and coating of all kinds of construction metal parts for construction, buildings, lighting, waterworks, glasshouses, fencing, etc. Our client has a leading position in this branch throughout the whole Benelux and even Europe. So you are coming to work in a challenging environment where you, together with your team, do not think in problems but in possibilities.Your tasks:Degreasing and blasting of products (blasting with korund, grit, glass, silicium, dry ice, etc.).Detecting and preventing malfunctions and minor maintenance of the blasting installation.Taking the appropriate preparations, including taping and, if required, pre-brushing.Checking for quality by performing the required measurements (layer thickness, temperature, humidity, etc.) & testing if the client requires this.If necessary, after-treatment and detail of the sprayed products.Taking care of administration associated with the products/projects.Ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace.The proper operation of personal protective equipment.Conducting first line maintenance also to the paint shop and tools.What we ask:You need at least MBO working and thinking level.You have affinity with steel construction and surface treatment.It is a plus if you have experience working with an overhead crane or forklift license.It is a plus if you have proven working experience in a similar position.You are concerned, accurate, quality-oriented, energetic, and flexible.What we offer:A job with a high degree of responsibility and challenge.Pleasant working atmosphere and colleagues in an informal challenging environment.Competitive salary and benefits in accordance with collective agreements, but this is negotiable.
