Maximizing value of the product and work of the development team while facilitating tech-powered and process innovation is essential.
What You'll Do Owning and prioritizing product development: Responsible for developing, managing and prioritizing the list of features, enhancements, and bug fixes that make up the product. Maximizing value of the product: Work closely with the development team, IT Service Desk Operations team, and other key stakeholders to ensure maximum value delivery. Acting as a key information conduit: Serve as a bridge between the development team and other stakeholders, communicating product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Facilitating tech-powered and process innovation: Enable innovation by leveraging existing technology or exploring new methodologies or tools. Defining standards, communications, and marketing: Responsible for defining the standards approach for the IT Service Desk product and managing its marketing within Nestlé. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science or a related field, or commensurate IT experience. Demonstrated experience in a product-based IS/IT organization. 10+ years of experience in IS/IT, with roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar positions. Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English. Bonus Points If You Have Experience managing IT agreements as an IT Product Owner or IT Product Manager. Strong background in Azure DevOps methodologies. Experience with development, deployment, and management of IT Chatbot (Kore.AI, Cognigy or ServiceNow Virtual Agent) or IVA solutions.
