About the Team Nutanix's EMEA Talent Acquisition team is a dynamic and collaborative group of 11 individuals.
The team operates with high energy and a sense of teamwork, which creates an inspiring work environment for all team members.
With diverse backgrounds and skill sets, the team at Nutanix thrives on innovation and creativity to drive the company forward.
We are using innovative tools to map and source talent, as well as drive efficiencies in candidate and stakeholder management.
The work setup at Nutanix is hybrid, allowing employees to work remotely for a majority of the week and come into the office for 1 or 2 days.
This balance provides flexibility while also fostering team collaboration and in-person interactions.
As a member of the Nutanix team, there are no travel requirements for this role, allowing you to focus on your responsibilities without the added stress of frequent travel.

Your Role · Act as the trusted advisor in recruiting · Handle end-to-end recruitment activities · Use our tools to map, source, and attract talent · Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions · Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences What You Will Bring · Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting · Strong understanding of the sales hiring process · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and recommend hiring strategies · Adopt new tools and use them to augment and deliver excellent recruitment experiences for all #J-18808-Ljbffr
