Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.About the RoleJoin our team as a Business Growth Strategist and help drive Fever's business plan across all markets.Utilize industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions.Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and optimize our operations.Work across different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries), to establish and execute successful growth strategies.Full responsibility for the decisions taken by the Growth team in your business line, implementing end-to-end solutions and projects with high impact.Report directly to the global growth direction and enhance the overall company performance across different business units.About YouWith at least 3 years of experience in an analytics business role and a background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy, you must be a data-driven person.Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.Excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.Being an advanced English speaker is a must, and if you speak Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese, it will be a plus.Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.Join us and be a part of a dynamic and innovative team that leverages cutting-edge technology and industry trends to drive growth and success!Benefits PerksHave a real impact on the company's growth and evolution.Excellent working conditions with a location in the heart of the Madrid scene.Home-office friendly.Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with.40% Discount on all events on Fever.Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.English Lessons.We have free food, drink, and fruit at the office!Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.Gympass Membership.Thank you for considering joining Fever.
