Key Responsibilities Include:Leadership & Team Development: Lead, develop, and inspire the recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability, commercial acumen, and continuous improvement.Strategic Growth: Drive strategic and tactical plans for recruitment operations, aligning with the company's broader goals. Work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance funnel performance and achieve quarterly and yearly targets.Cultural & Commercial Development: Be a proactive leader who contributes positively to the company culture, emphasizing a business-focused mindset across the team.Onboarding & Career Development: Ensure new recruits are effectively onboarded and integrated into the team.
