Position: Dutch Biotech Presales Representative Location: Fully remote/work from home in Spain Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding client inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market area Ensure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities Retain and grow the existing base of customers Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
