What We Are Looking forISGlobal is seeking aperson who provides highly qualified input and research support in order to better exploit the scientific contribution of the project. PhD in computational biology / bioinformatics or MsC with equivalent experiencewill be determinant. This person will be in charge of taking over and managing activities of the project Development of a new intelligent and predictive tool for the early diagnosis and improved treatment of sepsis funded by Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONS? Experience on analysis of WGS of bacterial DNA, targeting Antimicrobial Resistance Genes and Virulence encoding Factors Genes and metagenomics. A person combining computer science and biology will be ideal.
