About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates
Responsibilities
Research and brainstorm new client acquisition methods based on data-driven insights.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
Identify and understand the diverse trading needs of both individual and corporate clients.
Design and implement strategies for market growth in the EU region.
Monitor & conduct a detailed analysis of users' trading volume, revenue metrics, user behavior and more.
Create comprehensive and analytical reports, effectively communicating and presenting information both quantitatively and graphically.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated within the last year.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
Ability to be flexible in various complex situations and perform well under pressure.
Preferred experience in account management with a track record of maintaining excellent relationships.
Passionate about crypto.
Previous experience in sales, banking, and financial services is preferred.
Fluency in English and proficiency in at least 1 additional language (Italian, French, Polish, Swedish, German, or Spanish preferred).
