We are looking for Billing Specialists fluent in English plus either French or German.
Experience in ad sales or billing organization or a company that has a division focused on advertising or working with the marketing team at a large advertiser from the finance side.
Knowledge, skills & abilities
Business administration degree or equivalent plus hands-on experience in finance or ad sales ops working with sales reps.Minimum of 2-4 years in Sales strategy, revenue accounting, general accounting, billing.Expertise in building dashboard using Tableau, PowerBI or similar tool.Experience setting up and monitoring adherence to tracking requirements.Demonstrated experience in creative problem-solving techniques.Core decision making skillsMust have MS Excel and Salesforce proficiency.Ability to work cross functionally with many teamsFamiliarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systemFamiliarity with Oracle or similar ERP Main locations: Málaga or Madrid (open to evaluate candidates from other locations)
Advanced qualifications
5+ years of experience in ad sales or billing organization or a company that has a division focused on advertising or working with the marketing team at a large advertiser from the finance side.Understanding of publisher monetization technologies for display, video and audio - including GAM, header, bidding, programmatic operations, affiliate marketing, and Digital Media.Experience working with data management platforms (ex. Krux, Cxense, etc) and analytic tools (ex. Google Analytics, ComScore, etc).Experience creating dashboards and aggregating data from multiple sources in Tableau.Nimble and fast - able to balance priorities and move quickly in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
