What your future position looks like: As a Billing Administrator, you will be the main point of contact regarding billing support for our customers as well as chasing outstanding invoices. Your main tasks will be:
Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery Q&A of the internal documentation related to billing (B2B & B2C) Discover new opportunities for process improvements Assist Customer Success Managers in the billing strategy Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer service You will be a good fit to join us if you: Have proficiency in French as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus) Have a passion for data and numbers Possess good proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe is highly appreciated Have accountability / Administration studies (bachelor level minimum) Have professional experience (including internships) in a B2B SaaS start-up as a billing admin Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and targets Are enthusiastic and passionate Have a strong interest in the tech environment Possess good attention to detail and organisational skills Enjoy being challenged and learning new things We'd love to have you join us for many reasons, such as: A multicultural and international team!
