Hastings School aims to provide a high-quality education within a culture of care. Founded in 1971, Hastings School was one of the first in Madrid to deliver the British National Curriculum with English as the primary language of instruction.
It is a school that is growing rapidly with a new 21st Century Sixth Form teaching block opened in September 2019 and a new Primary campus in September 2021.

About the role
As a Billing Officer, your role will be to support the Finance cluster department to achieve the corporate objectives and priorities of:
Managing the invoicing process;Managing debts at Madrid's Cluster;Providing support to the Finance Manager.These objectives will be achieved following the policies and standards established by the Group.
Who we are looking for
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience. You will have gained prior meaningful experience (at least 2 years) in a similar position. As a result, you will have good accountancy, communication, organisational and multitasking skills. It's also important to be fluent in both Spanish and English.
