This results in excellent academic outcomes for our students, who are also equipped with the agency, adaptability and positive attitudes to set them up for success in our fast changing world.We are looking for a Billing Officer to join the team in Madrid based at our Arturo Soria Campus.About the roleTo support the finance cluster department in achievement of corporate objectives and priorities around managing the invoicing process; managing debts at Madrid ´s Cluster and provide support to the Finance Manager.Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:Maintains contact with parents and companies regarding invoicingSets up fees, extras and discount structuresResponsible for entering all necessary data and legal information into the invoicing program for invoicing purposesResponsible for enrolment invoicing and follow up of paymentsResponsible for bank control regarding payments as well as post-receipts. Setting up direct debits, accounts, transfers and cash/cheque payments.Provides customer service to parents and providers regarding queries around invoicing and other financial mattersPreparing and monitoring debt recognition agreementsSends the first letter claiming outstanding debtResponsible for controlling and reporting bad debtsContacts parents with follow up as appropriateMain point of contact for the new invoicing program projectPetit Cash Control issuing receipts, invoices and cash payments.Reserves and collects foreign currency in preparation of Staff Training Courses and Student's overseas tripsWho we are looking forTo be considered for this role you will a bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
