YOUR MISSION We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic customer support and/or finance administration professional to join our newly created Billing Customer Service Team within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.
THE JOURNEY Handle customer invoicing and payment inquiries within agreed SLA'sMaintain excellent communication (oral & written) with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with internal departments to conduct research and resolve billing and payment discrepanciesIssue credit and debit notes to solve discrepanciesFollow standard operating procedures and propose basic enhancements to reduce the number of incidentsEnsure all incoming inquiries are clearly documented in a timely mannerTrain new team members when applicableActively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a differenceSupport Billing Specialists when neededPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Will Bring To The Ride Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or support functionMinimum of 2 years' experience in billingAR Experience is a plusHighly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentService-oriented attitudeAdaptability, Patience, and ResponsivenessAttention to detail with a quality focusAbility to develop in a multicultural environment; a true team playerAnalytical, hands-on, and problem-solving skillsAn empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitudeExcellent English communication skills; a second European language (Italian and/or Portuguese) is an advantageBillings or finance administration knowledge is a plusEven if it seems you don't meet our musts, don't let it stop you; we are all about finding the best talent out there!
