What is this job about?: In this role as Billing Analyst, your goal is to perform transactional tasks with high speed & accuracy. On a daily basis, you will focus on providing a great customer experience, while ensuring correct billings and invoices. You will also participate in data analysis and development projects, helping to automate and optimize procedures.
Your challenges:
Ensure full legal compliance with customers, by the correct processing of customer billings & invoices.Archive all relevant information.Assist in internal accounting & reporting activities, resolving any errors or queries.Assure that all automatic and manual processes are accurate.Support the development and implementation of new work processes, such as billing automation.What do you need to apply?:
Language skills: advanced (C1+) level in English, and you either speak German OR Hebrew to an upper-intermediate level (B2+).Strong interest or up to 3 years of experience working in an office environment (preferably in finance, accounting, or billing).Experience in Customer Care.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT.Knowledge of Billings & Invoices.Working mindset:
Team playerData & Detail-orientedGood interpersonal skillsProactive person who likes solving problemsStrong analytical skillsGreat communicator & listenerExtra points: Having experience working with SAP is highly valued by our partner and can be a big plus!
Important: For this position, you need to relocate to the beautiful location of Barcelona, Spain!
