Our client, a prominent British Law firm, is looking for an articulate bilingual personal executive to assist two teams.
Responsibilities Agenda management for partners and team Scheduling and set up of videoconferences & in-person meetings Opening matters on the system, managing client contacts, and ensuring all information is up to date Amending legal documentation (track changes) Proofreading and correcting formal documentation Preparing PowerPoint presentations (following company branding), pitches, and reports Billing, follow up, expense reports, and timesheets Archiving legal documentation (electronic & physical), printing & binding Organising materials for meetings (videoconference, data rooms, presentations) Acting as the "go-to person" for ad hoc administrative requirements Location Madrid Salary €35,000 + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience) Timetable 09.00h - 18.00h (Fridays 9.00h - 15.00h) Contract Permanent Incorporation Immediate #J-18808-Ljbffr
