Our client, a prestigious Family Office, seeks a discreet and proactive Bilingual Property & Facilities Assistant to support a high profile family with their residences within Spain and Europe.
This role will be undertaken from the Family Office in Madrid however will require weekly domestic travel and occasional trips to other European properties.
The remit for this role is wide, with responsibilities including (not limited to): Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of approximately six high-end properties across Spain, the UK, and Switzerland, maintaining the highest standards Oversee the daily operations of multiple residences, ensuring impeccable standards across all locations Act as primary point of contact for all household staff across properties, keeping Family office abreast of any staff updates and ensuring relevant information relayed and recorded Act as key contact for established providers, building relationships, recording and relaying any relevant information.
Source new providers as needed (alongside Madrid based Family Office team) Manage maintenance, repairs, and ongoing works; conduct weekly property visits and document required updates Event management: Broadly for 4-5 Spain based events a year.
Thursday to Sunday.
Act as a key point of contact on site for event, coordinating temporary staff and ensuring protocol and property standards meet the needs of high-profile attendees, such as members of international royal families and business leaders Support the management of utilities contracts alongside the Private Personal Assistant and Family Office team Coordinate and oversee property-related purchases Reporting to the the Private Personal Assistant, Family office team this individual will also work closely with Corporate Executive Assistants to ensure cohesion Candidates will ideally have a bilingual level of English/Spanish (due to contact with UK and Switzerland) whilst additional languages will be viewed favourably.
A relevant University degree previous experience either in a Private Family Office or luxury hospitality is preferred.
Proficiency with standard Tech (Microsoft 365, VC Software, Slack etc.)
required.
Familiarity with protocol and high-profile client interaction is advantageous.

Location - Madrid Salary - Competitive Timetable - Normal office hours however complete flexibility required Hybrid/On site - Predominately on site in Madrid with weekly national travel.
4 - 5 weekends a year required for high profile events (compensated with days off at other points).
Very occasional European travel required
