Our client, a leading global Consultancy & Executive Search firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to a global Partner and team.
Responsibilities (among others) will include: Managing agenda, scheduling meetings and international travel for the Partner Coordinating meetings with executive level clients and candidates (Board level, Presidents, C-Suite Management) Project management: Monitoring ongoing projects and processes from start to finish Process & knowledge management: Maintain CRM and ensure all updates are registered in a timely manner Preparing correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, engagement letters, NDAs and pitches in English Conference call and videoconference set up Compiling candidate reports in English and Spanish Develop relationships with clients/candidates Working across different countries and time zones Receiving visitors for high profile meetings Gatekeeping and international call filtering Coordination with other offices in Spain and internationally Ad hoc support for this small but busy team Candidates must have an entirely bilingual level of English/Spanish, a relevant University degree and handle standard Tech with ease (Office, GSuite, Zoom, Slack) Exposure to CRM systems also viewed favourably.
It is essential that candidates hold a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting a partner in a consulting/client facing sector.
The ideal candidate will be a natural networker, used to managing peaks of work efficiently, attention to detail and be able to produce quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
They must be a team player and fully understand the importance of developing lasting business relationships.
Location: Barcelona, Diagonal Salary: Competitive Bonus Timetable: Full time Incorporation: Immediate Contract: Permanent (subject to trial period).
