Tasks On the project, accuracy is an absolute must. You will handle queries from credit-card holders and ensure the security and protection of their customer data. This requires the ability to follow security procedures around sensitive data but we will teach you everything during paid training. In this role, you will dive into a comprehensive training program to get ready for top-notch client service for one of our clients in the payment industry. Your responsibilities will include customer service tasks, such as blocking lost or stolen credit and debit cards, handling identity verification, providing solutions to queries, and analysing potentially fraudulent transactions. The responsibilities : Communication: Connect with B2C customers via phone providing service-oriented solutions. Administration: Keep things organised by handling admin tasks and following up on questions and requests Teamwork: Cultivate a positive working environment, fostering motivation among colleagues and ensuring customers feel genuinely appreciated. Requirements Your profile: Native-level proficiency in Dutch and French (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary. Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker. Your communication skills should be on point for confidently interacting with customers. You are a master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail is your thing, especially in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, due to the dynamic nature of customer needs.
