Bike Mechanic / Cycle Tour Guide

We are seeking a skilled and experience Bike Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bicycle mechanics, that shares our vision and passion for cycling, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.Responsibilities:* Welcoming guests at the cycle center with a constante focus on their needs* Provide expert advice on maintenance, uogrades, and accesories* Managing bike rental reservations and preparing contract* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of bicycles* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with precisión* Assemble new bicycles according to manufacturer specifications* Customize bicycles based on customer preferences and specifications* Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of each bicycle* Test ride bicycles after repairs or modifications to ensure proper performance* Keep track of bicycle parts, accessories, and tools inventory* Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customizations* Leading group bike rides for resort guests* Provide support to other sports areas * Excellent customer service and communication skills* Proven experience as a Cycle Mechanic or similar role* Experience in Shimano and SRAM latest technology* In-depth knowledge of bicycle components, systems, and repair techniques* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills* Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages such as German and Danish is highly valued* Basic digital skills to effectively manage rental bookings, handle inventory, and perform tasks specific to the department* Strong proficiency in reading maps and excellent orientation skills* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment* Certification in bicycle mechanics is a plus* Positive attitude and strong motivat#J-18808-Ljbffr
