The BIFG Demand Co-ordinator is responsible for working with the Forecast Service Team to ensure BIFG gaps are well integrated into Exec Demand Reviews to improve the overall accuracy. The aim is to secure an excellent forecast to support working capital targets (stock control) and create a base for mid/Long term supply chain efficiency decisions.
The BIFG Demand Co-ordinator is the main contact point for all Demand information requirements for the BIFG S&OP, monthly reporting and Vendor Logistics Review (VLR) meetings. Accountable to drive the 5YP input for BIFG and ensure strong collaboration with Supply Managers to deliver sound plans for Supply and capacity decisions.

What You Will DoAnalyse & report data provided on global level monthly and establish systematic gap analysis between forecasts and actual ordersParticipate in the global continuous improvement meetings relating to demand planning processes and systems and adopt best practicesBe the voice for BIFG Demand Planning in the S&OP Process and represent BIFG demand planning in various forums i.e. acts as an interface to Supply Planning, Forecast Service Team and Vendors.Provide all demand related input to the BIFG S&OP. Support forecast to Vendor process with VLR meetings. Drive the 5YP input for BIFG and translating that with Supply Managers into a BIFG Supply Plan for capacity investment decisions.Who You AreUniversity degree (e.g. Master of Science, Master of Business Administration) or equivalent with relevant practiceExcellent understanding of local demand planning, forecasting, order to billing and replenishment process and System (SAP DP,R/3APO, BW etc.)Min 5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience, ideally also some experience from Sales & MarketingProven track record to communicate about complex topics to different target audiences in a matrixAbility to travel up to 20%What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
