Reporting to the Bid and Contracts Lead, your mission is to ensure the company success in the end-to-end process of participating in public tenders, private proposals, RFP and contracts. As the main expert in commercial proposals and contracts of the affiliate, your role focuses mainly in the coordination of the whole process and the quality of our offer's content. From your position and together with the sales team, you will ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality technical and economic content in bids for public tenders and private contracts, aligned with customer needs and company objectives. You will lead the preparation of proposals for contracts and tenders by gathering relevant information and developing effective content strategies. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a library of successful bids, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of both technical and economic documentation for proposals.

Your Key Responsibilities: You are responsible for the process from the earliest phase of the commercial opportunity to the formalization of the contract, hand in hand with sales.You will complement the commercial capabilities of our transversal teams to ensure that a winning strategy is defined and implemented, ensuring competitiveness, the sustainability and perfect writing of the offers.Ensure compliance with deadlines, methodology, deliverables and quality standards;Gather information about products and services; shape the technical content of bids with a customer-centric vision. This involves integrating knowledge of customer needs with Roche's technical capabilities.Develop and execute an effective and consistent content strategy aligned with company objectives and attractive to the target audience; disseminate internally to the appropriate teams using the corresponding work tools. This involves creating and registering accessible, engaging, and relevant content for our potential customers.Review all documentation included in Roche's bids. This includes both official technical documentation and the tailor made proposal provided by the sales network and third parties.Validate the economic offer provided by the sales team in Roche's tools, ensuring it is the best possible offer that meets requirements and aligns with the company's pricing policies.Conduct scoring simulations and create templates to carry them out. Review the scoring simulations and scenarios conducted by Sales and validated by Marketing.
