Bid & Tender Business Developer (Hydrogen Projects)H2SITE is a company that believes in European reindustrialization, created after 15 years of R&D with top European research entities to develop a breakthrough technology.We have built a membrane factory that is unique in the world, where we manufacture our units that provide solutions for the hydrogen transport problem.For our development we rely on the local industrial ecosystem and top-level international investors.We have developed atechnology of membrane reactors for the separation and production of hydrogen in situfrom different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, syngas from waste…The Opportunity:As aBid & Tender Business Developer,you'll get to:Bid and Tender Preparation: Lead and coordinate the preparation of all bid and tender documents, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and are submitted on time to the BD/Sales Manager. This involves working closely with sales, product, engineering, and finance teams to gather necessary information and inputs.Documentation Management: Coordinate and supply comprehensive documentation packages for setting up consortiums and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams (product, engineering, sales) and external parties (customers, partners) to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals and expectations.Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all bid and tender submissions comply with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in all submissions.Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.Feedback and Improvement: Analyze feedback from clients and prospects on submitted bids and tenders to continuously improve our processes and offerings.What you'll need to succeed:Proven experience (5+ years) in bid and tender management, preferably in the energy, oil&gas or chemicals sector.Engineering background (process engineering, chemical engineering...) combined with business degree or equivalent.Strong project management skills with the ability to act in cross-functional teams and manage multiple bids simultaneously.Deep understanding of the bid and tender process, including document management, compliance requirements, and strategic positioning.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with bid management software.Attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong network focused on H2 subventions / projects / funding .Background in Tech Centers and/or H2 Associations is highly valuable.Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets).Solid understanding of commercial and legal terms for equipment sales and service agreements.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing client decisions.You're a doer, comfortable working in a constantly changing start-up environment.Fluent in English(it's a must), Spanish is a plus.What we offer:Unique R&D project focused on fighting against climate change.Be part of a talented and welcoming team.Flexibility & Autonomy.Competitive salary package.Other info:Remote position.
