Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES Description: We are looking for a Bid & Proposal Specialist to join an international team within the Grid Automation business unit.
Your Responsibilities: Take ownership of proposal development, leading technical and commercial discussions to gather necessary input from various technical experts and commercial stakeholders.Work closely with sales, controlling, legal, financial, and tax teams to develop the best setup and winning strategy.Present the proposal to top management.Ensure high compliance and quality of the offer.Ensure timely submission of the offer.Support the negotiation process with customers.Ensure internal processes are followed and rules are obeyed.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your Background: Hold a bachelor's degree.Minimum 3 years of Proposal Management or Sales Support experience.Being organized and structured, quick learner, and result-oriented.A capable decision-maker with an understanding of business.Ability to work in a global or multicultural environment with a positive and proactive mindset.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
