Your responsibilitiesYou take ownership of proposal development, leading technical and commercial discussions to gather necessary input from various technical experts and commercial stakeholdersYou will be working closely with sales, controlling, legal, financial, tax teams to develop best setup and winning strategyAs a bidamp;proposal specialist you will present the proposal to the top managementEnsure high compliance and quality of the offerEnsure timely submission of the offerYou will be supporting negotiation process with the customersEnsure internal process are followed and rules obeyedLiving Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your backgroundYou hold a bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of Proposal Management or Sales SupportBeing organized and structured, quick learner and result orientedA capable decision-maker with an understanding of businessTo work with global or multicultural environment you will be contributing positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphereProficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
