Your responsibilities Managing the bid and proposal teams across all European dry-transformer factoriesDistributing workload, developing people, and developing and maintaining toolsEnsuring up-to-date technical acumenEnsuring high accuracy and quality in the costing and scope of proposalsTraining and managing direct reportsIdentifying and leading improvements to current processes, templates, and costing sheetsUsing CRM and BI tools (Salesforce/PowerBI) to ensure a clear pipeline overview and adherence to all processes and systemsYour background Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalentMore than 10 years of experience of similar role in Electrical Engineering or Power IndustryExperience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects with demonstrable technical knowledge on substation automation systems or protection systemsExperience in after-sales services activities is a strong advantageConversant with MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePointAble to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and positions and countriesExcellent written and verbal communication in English
