Responsibilities:Drive the tendering process and present a competitive bid.Act as a project manager for the tender team, which can include several engineers and internal and external suppliers, and be driving cross-collaboration towards the completion of the offer.Derive a technical solution matching customer requirements together with the engineering team.Tender and sales support responsibility for the full-service portfolio.Attend conference meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with customers and provide technical support and clarification as needed.Support and identify target costs and prices and the winning strategy.Keep track of the upcoming opportunities in the tender pipeline.Take ownership and deliver according to deadlines.Communicate with different stakeholders, both internal and external, globally and locally.Minimum Qualifications:Technical or business degree.Background in defense or aerospace.Tender work background or experience with export sales and commercial setups; knowledge of the drone industry is a plus.Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.Destinus is an equal-opportunity employer: we value diversity in our companies and teams.
