Bid Coordinator

Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for BID Coordinator. Salary: P 40,000 - P 50,000 + Competitive Benefits.: Work setup: Hybrid 1 - 2 times a week onsite. Qualifications:Candidate must possess any bachelor's degree, preferably any business-related course.Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as Bid Coordinator/Proposal Coordinator or any similar role (Telco experience preferred); Preferably in Consulting/Engineering company).Excellent verbal and written communication.Excellent Time management and multitasking skills and must be capable of handling multiple bids at once. Job Description:The Bid Coordinator will coordinate and produce the bid or proposal response document.Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures and processes.This role requires great levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and deliver.Champion document management and change control best practices.Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards.Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format.Maintain and make available master document sets.Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
