Your role focuses on ensuring the fulfillment of all internal and public procurement processes to achieve commercial success and eliminating the associated risks.In addition, the Bid & Contracts Specialists Team Lead must guarantee appropriate use of the team resources, developing the necessary skills and integrating new technologies in processes. You will be the affiliate's key figure in public and private procurement regulation and trends, transmitting the knowledge of said activity both at the subchapter level and to the rest of the organization.Your holistic vision of all the past, ongoing and upcoming commercial operations will allow you to balance the team's workload, identify potential opportunities, risks and critical points, as well as offer expert assessment and support to the whole subchapter.Your Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the training and development of the Contract & Bid Specialists team.Coordinates and assigns a Contract & Bid Specialist to each operation. Ensures full and coordinated contribution of the team, making sure that the learning resulting from the operations is collective.Guarantees the fulfillment of the methodology, deadlines, and the creation of high-quality deliverables.As the responsible for the execution of the bidding and contracting processes identifies areas for improvement in internal processes, tools, and training of the whole team in order to achieve full collaboration, efficiency, and accountability.Being the main subject matter expert within the company in the field of the regulation and operation of public procurement processes, leads the training for all teams at both the subchapter level and throughout the rest of the organization.Leads the coordination, both internally and with legal consultants, for disputes and litigations, ensuring the establishment of a successful strategy and its proper execution.Ensures the availability of all necessary tools, permits, and documentation to participate successfully in all commercial operations.Secures timely management of notifications, requirements, amendments, and other necessary procedures.Guarantees the quality of documentation prepared by the Bid & Contract Specialists team for participation in tenders, private offers, RFPs, contracts, and amendments
