We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team, reporting directly to the Organization & Processes Manager.
This role is crucial to advancing our digital transformation, business intelligence, and process automation projects across various company tools and platforms.
The Role: Manage and coordinate digitalization and automation projects from end to end, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Lead transformation projects using tools such as DocuWare, database systems, Power BI, etc.Oversee integration projects involving ERP, CRM, and other essential platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient workflows.Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process analyses, identifying areas for improvement and leading change initiatives.Actively support change management efforts, guiding teams through new digital and automated workflows.Provide basic maintenance and evolution to Power BI dashboards and DocuWare.Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, supporting the company's digital evolution.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.3+ years of experience in process digitalization, automation, or project management within business intelligence.Experience with Power BI, including both knowledge and hands-on practice.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.Strong analytical skills with experience in AS-IS and TO-BE analysis.Familiarity with the processes behind ERP and CRM systems.High level of autonomy and desire to drive improvements.Self-starter, self-motivated, humility, excellent communication skills; outstanding human qualities such as honesty, integrity, fellowship, generosity, and commitment to the mission.Natural team player with the aim to create a positive impact in society.What do we offer?
