Responsibilities Build and maintain Alteryx workflows, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines to streamline analytics and reporting.Create scalable data warehouses and models to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.Design interactive dashboards and predictive analytics solutions using leading BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.Monitor, review, and optimize BI processes, including queries, workflows, and analytics platforms.Work with business stakeholders and the Data team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of BI solutions with organizational goals.Continuously explore and adopt emerging BI technologies and best practices to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.Administer Alteryx and other BI tools, ensuring robust governance practices, security, and compliance.Profile At least 3 years of experience as an Alteryx Consultant or a similar role.Proven expertise in Alteryx with strong technical proficiency in creating complex workflows and data transformation pipelines.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.Background in data warehouse design, dimensional modeling, and cloud platforms like AWS.Proficiency in SQL and programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries like Pandas, PySpark, or Airflow is a plus.In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and BI delivery best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced in EnglishFluent SpanishMust be a Spanish or European citizen or have a work permit for SpainGood to have Certifications: Alteryx Core Certified or above.Python programming skills, exposure to libraries for web applications for data science and analytics (Streamlit, Flask, etc).Experience implementing governance, controls, and standards.Prior BI and Analytics experience across multiple industries.Knowledge of the shipping or maritime industry is a plus.Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's) in relevant fields.CAREEER The sky is the limit!
