With over 190,000 dedicated employees serving clients across six continents, our values are: be passionate about clients' success, treat every person with respect,be global and responsible, and uphold unyielding integrity in everything we do.Position: We are looking to recruit a BI/Business Intelligence Architect based in Barcelona.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of overall experience with at least 3 years as a Business Intelligence (BI) Architect.Expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Business Objects, QlikView, Tableau, or others.Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not required.Roles & Responsibilities:Define, together with business leaders, the roadmap for data management and KPI reporting.Promote clarity and efficiency in using data to drive decision-making.Assist in measuring performance, increasing efficiencies, and tracking global key initiatives.Create effective systems for data use.Clarify questions raised by business leaders regarding KPI reporting.Solve requirements from special/ad-hoc projects and requests.
