Position: SAP Integration Consultant
Location: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland (remote)
Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). The Role: We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team. Experience on Boomi or Hana Cloud Integration (SCPI) would be really valuable. Database management, JAVA, and knowledge of Web Technologies (especially JavaScript, Groovy, HTML5 standards) is a plus. Knowledge of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is also a plus. The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.
Main Responsibilities: Obtain knowledge of technologies such as Boomi & SCPI & PtP (ECP)
Onboard new customers
Participate in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issues
Share estimates and planning of the work with customers
Adapt and parameterize the technical solution for the requirements provided
Resolve issues within SLA's and with high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor processes to ensure a 100% ratio of successful transactions
Implement new solutions (Interfaces)
Perform unit test and system integration test
Support the client on the functioning of the interface
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ensure proper deployment of the solution (Development, Test and Production)
Maintain up-to-date documentation of the interfaces
Collaborate with other Alight teams to deliver customer-related activities
Identify risks or potential issues for your customer and inform the right people (ITCAM, TL)
Communicate with your Team Lead (Issues, Escalations, Risks, Informational)
