Position Overview: To manage the market/cluster supply chain, supporting the Market to achieve profitable growth and meeting the needs of the customers and patients, ensuring efficient and smooth coordination between the function and all internal and external customers. The Market/Cluster supply chain lead is a vital role in the market, reporting to the Market Finance lead (or exceptionally another LT member) or directly to the GM. Their role is to ensure that product is available at the right time, right cost, and right quality to deliver all sales in the market. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, project management, relationship management, and resilience. Your day at Ferring: Ensure market forecasts reflect sales demand through understanding the market requirements and regular reviews. Prepare and facilitate the Market/Cluster S&OP. Be the main point of contact for Regional SNO, coordinating on supply, demand, and critical issues for the market. Inventory reporting including preparation of reports, analysis of the data, and effective issue resolution. Lead the local customer service functions including order management, invoicing, returns, complaints, deviations, and in-market transportation. Manage contract and technical agreement with 3PL as well as budget allocated to 3PL services. Be the relationship manager for the 3PL accountable for excellent service and adherence to KPIs. Align with Regional/Global SNO on inventory parameters including safety stock, cycle stock, and proactive obsolescence management. Collaborate with Regional/Global SNO, Local Regulatory Affairs, Local QA, and Commercial teams to ensure market requirements and priorities are met for Change Implementations and New Launches. Lead and/or participate in projects aimed at improving sales, service levels, and/or reducing costs. Control the budget assigned to our 3PL partner, ensuring services are provided at the highest level possible, monitoring KPI, improving processes to streamline the operation. Minimum Requirements: University degree in science, economics, or business or equivalent.
