.An ambitious forward thinking Swiss Dermatology company have an exciting career opportunity for a freelance Medical Representatives to be based in Gran Canaria.Stratpharma has over the past 5 years experienced tremendous growth in the European market and are continuing to build a team in Spain to further this success.An ambitious company with impressive year on year growth Stratpharma currently have 8 products on the market and have 5 more in development which will be released soon adding to an already strong portfolio.The Medical Representative is responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area.These individuals will promote breakthrough wound care, gynecology,radiotherapy and dermatology products that launched into the Spanish market several years ago.TasksAchieving and exceeding their individual territory business and revenue goals.Providing education and training to account staff.Preparing and presenting business proposals including account metrics and benchmark information.Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory.Effectively and judiciously deploy the necessary resources to yield the greatest business impact.Develop thorough account plans for all strategic customers.Manage territory budget.Sales AcumenExecute Sales Process effectively.Deliver sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner.Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations.Organization/Time Management- Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve territory –account coverage.- Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.- Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.Customer RelationsDemonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process.Uncover the customer's needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value.Leverage knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the plastic surgery community.Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.Requirements2+ year's current medical promotion experience within Gynecology, Radiotherapy, Wound Care or Dermatology advantageous.Experience of promoting OTC or Rx productsCall points are Pharmacies and Medical professionals.Sales experience within prescription devices or drugs advantageous.Must have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.Able to work independently.Documented medical promotion success.English advantageousUniversity degree.BenefitsThis is a medium sized global company with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive approach and friendly company culture.
