YOUR ROLE: Ensures Plant calendars are maintained correctly for each location and ensures capacity at the Warehouse meets forecasted requirements coming from planning.
Leads and reports on projects to improve performance, processes, quality, and costs.
Responsible to ensure correct invoicing controls are adhered to.
Actively drives Continuous Improvement projects at the site on Cost, Quality, Service, and Safety.
Leads and supports on-site visits from external stakeholders.
Responsible to lead and support any on-site audits (Quality/Corp) and closure of follow-up actions.
Accountable for management/maintenance of correct master data at the site.
Leads the annual inventory counts and reports on outcomes.
Escalates performance/compliance issues to necessary functions.
Monitors directly Blocked stock locations at the site and reports to planning any gaps/delays in decision-making handling of such materials.
Supports new product setups at the site.
Works in close collaboration with the Transport team to ensure timely collection and delivery of shipments.
Accountable for all performance metrics at the Warehouse: L11, ECSL, inventory & stock accuracy, CCMS/SCMS, LTC/LTI.
Acts as interface/escalation point for warehouse issues for any internal and external stakeholders.
Manages projects to improve processes at the sites.
Manages directly the Warehouse administration team and the shop floor blue-collar workforce.
Ensures SHE-Q standards are met and maintained (Legal and Corp).
Ensures all necessary license requirements are kept up to date.
Ensures all staff training plans are completed with special attention towards specialized training like DG handling and DG processes to meet Legal and Corp standards.
Coordinates timely scrapping activities to maintain a lean and clean setup at the facility.
Follows up and steers Value Added Services for specific customers (in alignment with Sales, CS, Service strategy).
Participates in regional logistics meetings - reports open issues, cost development, storage capacity requirements & communicates developments back to the team.
Ensures emergency processes outside working hours are operating.
Manages directly any L2 Priority I.T. tickets at the site.
