Purpose: Our tech hub in Zaragoza is providing the technical solutions to the fast growth adidas digital business. We create the vision, design, build and operate everything related to digital B2C business, or internal solutions, for adidas. From online web and mobile stores, to digital marketing, to internal products used during product creation lifecycle. Customer is at the core of everything we do. We have the tremendous responsibility of creating the new, building premium experiences for our users. Our IT teams are continuously looking for creativity, perfection, and also satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management: Engages with internal and external stakeholders and ensures a strong collaboration and relationship driving the priorities and roadmaps for the platforms in scope.
Builds long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external).
Availability management: Sets policy and develops strategies, plans, and processes for the design, monitoring, measurement, maintenance, reporting and continuous improvement of service and component availability.
Service level management: Ensures that a catalogue of available services is created and maintained and that service level agreements are complete and cost effective.
Emerging technology monitoring: Plans and leads the identification and assessment of new and emerging technologies and the evaluation of the potential impacts, threats, and opportunities.
Systems development management: Ensures proper quality deliverables for all functional and non-functional requirements.
Platform integration and build: Develops strong ties with dependent and supporting systems and platforms, driving a one platform mindset, and optimizing globally.
Capacity and cost management: Leads resource and financial capacity modelling and forecasting over the organization's planning or budgeting cycle.
People Management / Resource Management: Responsible for compensation reviews, recruitment, selection, assessment, on-boarding and transitioning of resources.
What we are looking for:
Four-year college or university degree with focus on IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient spoken and written command.
