We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join a fast-growing team working with our IPfolio product during an exciting time with the product.
IPfolio is a cutting-edge IPMS (Intellectual Property Management Software) which is built on the Salesforce platform.
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong technical understanding to act as a bridge between our Product Management and Development teams.
An interest in Intellectual Property would also be beneficial.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 5+ Years experience working in a Product Owner role or similar.Previous experience working with a software product built on Salesforce.Significant experience in a customer-facing role.Demonstrating contributing to customer success across multiple geographies.Relevant work experience in business analysis or comparable role.Knowledge in use cases definition and requirements gathering/analysis methodologies.Knowledge and/or experience in agile software development.Good communication and presentation skills.Good assertiveness and influencing skills.Extensive experience in requirements analysis.
Be able to manage and prioritize issues/requirements in a high-pressure environment.Graduate of computer science, software design, or related fields.
Or a graduate with experience in intellectual property or equivalent experience.Strong assessment/evaluation and analytical skills. It would be great if you also have: An interest or knowledge of Intellectual Property.Previous experience working with law firms as a client.Salesforce certifications. What will you be doing in this role? Ownership of all necessary requirement documentation, specifications, and other related documents including user stories and acceptance criteria, using JIRA tickets and Confluence.Participate in daily meetings with the development team.
Prepare sprint planning and manage backlog.Liaise with all project stakeholders from specifications to development and testing.Involved in client workshops and presentations to gather and validate user requirements.Work with UI/UX to create the necessary prototype, wireframe, and use cases.Perform research and analysis of new product features/requirements.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Product Manager. About the Team This role will report into the Director for Product Management for our IPfolio product and will work as part of a product team consisting of 12 people based across the EMEA region.
This role will also have close collaboration with numerous other functions across the business.
Hours of Work Full-time permanent position.
