Data Management Mission: Within Finance Shared Services you will join the Data Office Management team composed of highly motivated data specialists and focused on following 3 main missions:
Drive the design of the functional data model (in particular: Client, Product, etc) with an optimal balance between process efficiency, BU specificities vs. Core model, business model evolutions and company reporting requirements.Define and implement a data governance framework where principles, policies, roles and responsibilities for data stakeholders are defined and contribute to maximize business outcomes, operational efficiency, data quality and access to insights.Operate data governance performing key actions such as keep critical data dictionary and their ownership up to date, produce regular data quality scorecards and coordinate cleaning actions.Your responsibilities: On behalf of data owners, your main responsibilities will be:Be the key point of contact for any team working on critical data in your perimeter (PMO, change management, Integration, BI, etc).Set-up and maintain critical data dictionary of your domain.Define sensitive data, access profile to the system and periodically review them.Perform data propagation analysis (lineage), life cycle data management and document it.On Data quality stream: Create match rules, resolve duplicates suspects add and modify hierarchy and suspects.Perform analysis on data quality and automate controls using modern Data visualization tools like Power BI.Communicate data cleaning planning and status with data owner of your perimeter and/or project team.Perform and coordinate data cleaning campaign that can involve co-sourced resources or other internal teams.Document process maintaining data records.Ensure that reference data of your perimeter are referenced, that update processes are up to date, validate changes and communicate them.Requirements:MS degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related degree.2-3 years proven working experience as data analyst.You demonstrate a high interest in BI and Data such as:Understanding of database modeling.Experience with one of reporting packages BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).Good knowledge of SQL.Working experience on CRM, Billing or Accounting tools would be a plus (SalesForce).Ease to work in a very iterative manner with prototypes (Agile mode).Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mind-set.Good communication skillset.Fluent in English.At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
