What the role entails Some of the key responsibilities of our Production Management Team Lead will be:
Take ownership of various processes and projects in the Game Production department (including but not limited to):Games roadmap planningResource planningTranslationsCertificationsRelease managementGame ComponentsToolsOutsourcing game productionSpecial ProjectsCollaborate closely with the Game Producer team leads to ensure they are supported in all initiatives that support a smooth production pipeline and/or lead to improvements in Game Production.Act as a strategic stakeholder within Game Production to advise on potential process improvements.Manage a team of professionals by setting up clear goals, making sure they are met without failure.Maintain a high level of transparency on all initiatives the team works on to ensure seamless collaboration within and outside of the department.What we ask of you Highly organized, experienced in managing a team working on complex projects with tight deadlines.A great mentor, communicator, and motivator.Have a yes-can-do attitude; you are a doer and not afraid to get your hands dirty.Have an abundance of engaging leadership.Passionate in whatever you do and want to make a difference in the i-gaming sector.Have an engaging and convincing personality with excellent communication skills.Have excellent teamwork skills and ability to adapt.Fluent in English.Bonus points if you have: Significant i-gaming or Gaming leadership experience.Significant experience in using Jira and/or other project management tools.Solid understanding of the latest tech and production trends, especially in i-gaming.What's in it for you?
