Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic person to join our Banking Services team. As a Junior Specialist for Banking Services, you will be pivotal in providing top-quality support and solutions to the Bank customers.
Job location: Wroclaw, hybrid
Responsibilities: Communicate effectively on the phone with German-speaking customers to understand and address their banking needs.Assist with account opening, closing, inquiries, transactions, product information, and related inquiries.Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer requests, including transfers, payments, and account updates.Educate customers about available banking services, products, and digital platforms.Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure security and confidentiality.Qualifications and Requirements: Fluent German (both written and spoken)Communicative EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer-centric approachAbility to handle complex customer interactions and problem-solving.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Experience in a BPO/corporate environment is an assetWhy would you join us?
