What will you do? Gestionar y controlar los procesos definidos para el desarrollo del servicio.Lograr el Plan de Ventas y generación de ingresos del departamento: planificará acciones de dinamización y promoción, y formará al equipo para la venta.Organizar y coordinar los diferentes servicios de Restauración/Bar.Controlar costes: gestionar los recursos disponibles de manera eficiente.Gestionar plantillas: se encargará de formar, motivar y desarrollar las habilidades y aptitudes de su equipo.Controlar la calidad del servicio prestado ajustándolo a las necesidades y expectativas del cliente, siguiendo instrucciones del/de la Maitre.
