Chief Compliance OfficerDuties: Create regulatory compliance guide for the company to assure smooth verification bank process.Analyze, develop, and manage needed documentation for compliance processes to decrease possible risk of receiving failure from the local bank side.Be a key contact point for all regulators.Identify existing compliance process gaps, leading the remediation where any are identified.Scan the horizon for upcoming updates in bank regulations and coordinate efforts for complying with them, providing necessary changes in the existing compliance guide.Support the business where necessary regarding the launch of products/bank/payment system to ensure bank regulatory requirements are met.Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to ensure execution against regulatory requirements and internal policies.Requirements: Native/fluent in English. Russian language will be a plus.Compliance experience within the banking industry for 5 years.Availability for business trips.Hands-on experience of working with a broad range of EU and international regulations.Understanding of banking KYC policy and procedures.Experience in undertaking due diligence checks on new clients (retail and institutional) and ensuring these are completed.Conduct in-depth research into customer accounts, documenting findings to ascertain if the activity is reasonable.Hands-on experience in identifying accounts that require further investigation and taking action to obtain the information required.Experience in detecting potential suspicious activity to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.Soft Skills: Team leading experience preferably in an international company.Willingness to be proactive and be interested in working in a comfortable environment with many changes and tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.Analytical mindset.Conceptual thinking with an independent, structured, and result-oriented working style.Think outside the box, problem solver.
