This role will own our international benefit programs and processes and drive consistency across our operating units.Primary Responsibilities :Responsible for holistic international benefit programs from the maintenance of existing programs (i.E. baby bonus, adoption/fertility benefits etc.) and driving continuous improvement via reviews or new program implementations.Act as the point of contact of international benefit vendor relationships, including vendor management, selection process, maintaining vendor performance through regular status meetings, KPI reviews, performance guarantees and audits.Creation of frameworks to ensure consistency in our offerings of mental health programs, diversity/equity/inclusion initiatives, employee perks programs.Act as a point of contact for Global benefit initiatives partnering with global benefit program managers to design-in local relevant aspects and considerations, and liaise with the global team and local benefit managers on the program deployment.Point of contact with the employee communications team to increase employee engagement to drive an impactful benefit communication plan and/or roll out mechanism.Manage international benefits benchmarking strategies and identifies distinctive benefit and wellness offerings trends in the market.Collaborates with the international benefits leadership team by providing benefit expertise, analysis, advice and best practices.Partners with the internal people services team on new initiatives to drive technology efficiencies and employee experience, identifies opportunities that can be further streamlined and internationally standardized, and conducts periodical reviews and audits to ensure processes are in line with benefit policies and requirements.Requirements :Bachelor's degree.7+ years of Benefits experience or related field.Advanced English skills.Must be capable of multi-tasking in a busy, high-volume environment and have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
