Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceResponsible for the warm arrival of our guests at the front doorPromptly offer luggage assistanceAnswer guest queries in an informative and helpful wayAssist concierge deskFlexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekendsOther duties as assigned Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.Excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableComputer literacy required for all new and ongoing training programs conducted virtuallyAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, and without supervisionAbility to multi task and work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Additional Information
