As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for encouraging financial performance within NATT Tools Hand Tools division by interacting with the Hand Tools President, the Hand Tools management teams, and the VNPI Corporate Finance management team.

You are a hardworking, analytical, and rigorous professional, eager to work with others, challenge the status quo, and drive company performance through business analysis and interaction with Hand Tools teams.Your areas of responsibility will include: Supporting the Hand Tools President by developing management tools and necessary information, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.Defining and monitoring the Hand Tools Scoreboard and all Business Intelligence tools.Standardizing all finance and management information in all Hand Tools BUs, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of management information for decision making, deviation understanding, and daily management across the organization.Conducting global profitability analysis, detecting best practices, and following up on improvement action plans; detailed analysis of margins and costs at product families and SKU levels.Collaborating with Hand Tools Marketing and Supply Chain/Manufacturing VP using analytical principles to enhance performance in their specific areas.Participating in the construction and monitoring of Hand Tools Management Plans and the Five-Year Strategic Plan in coordination with the Hand Tools President and Corporate Finance Management Team.Coordinating with IT Corporate services for any specific needs of Hand Tools.Attending Hand Tools reporting meetings and the Hand Tools Executive Committee for the relevant areas of responsibility.Reporting directly to the Hand Tools President and functionally to the NATT CFO.In order to succeed, you will need to be: Analytical, organized, proactive, dynamic, and determined.Eager to identify improvement opportunities through analysis and business understanding.Exhibit a strong, collaborative leadership style to drive evolution with teams from different locations, cultures, and experiences.Located with Bellota Hand Tools President in Legazpi, willing to travel to other Hand Tools Business Units.You will fit in this position if you have the following experience, knowledge, and competencies: 3-5 years of experience in management control in an industrial company with international operations.Ideally, experience in a corporate position managing different companies or Business Units.A degree in Business Administration or Economics, an MBA is appreciated.Proficiency in Spanish and English.
