What are we looking for?We are looking for a trainee in the Human connection tribe who:Data drive : support to understand the data to make better business decisions looking for constant business enhancement.Support monitoring the main KPIs to identify business opportunities.Contribute to daily operations to better understand how the sales channel behaves.Support those who perform controls for regulatory compliance.Help in the monitoring and control of impediments that arise in our branches.Support various activities related to the branches, resulting in efficiency and effective collaboration between branches and different areas of the bank.Requirements:Economics, business administration, statistics, or similar degrees; both last year studentsand recent graduates are welcome.Data driven, common sense, and attention to detail .Good communication skills.Good learning capability.High English proficiency.High knowledge of Microsoft Office : PowerPoint and Excel.No experience required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
