Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Engineering Intern to join our team in San Agustin. This is an opportunity to learn and gain experience as part of a multinational organization. You will be working on projects within a manufacturing environment. This position reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager.
About the role
As an Engineering Intern in our team in San Agustin, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain experience as part of a multinational organization. You will be working on projects within a manufacturing environment. This position works with the Continuous Improvement Manager.
Main responsibilities will include:

Support the Project Manager during all project phases.
Participate in meetings with other departments such as Production, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.
Create/review drawings and specifications.
Support the procurement process by creating technical specifications.
Conduct tests and analyze results.
Lead improvement projects focused on cost reduction or quality improvements.
Work closely with external suppliers.

About you

Studying Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation Engineering or similar.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Desirable knowledge in manufacturing processes.
Teamwork skills.
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
