During your internship at Antal, you are going to get insight in the world of HR recruitment of professionals, executives and specialists mainly using the tool of direct contacting (Executive Search).
Since you are an open person who loves to get in contact with other people, at Antal you are going to learn how use your communication skills effectively as well as how to interviewing a professional way.
To achieve this, you are going to make complex market, competition and company analysis to identify seminal business in different countries.
Based on the gained experience and knowhow, you will be able to work individually on your own projects.
Moreover, you will support the senior consultants in the process of candidate selection and afterwards in the candidate relationship management.

Since we are working internationally, fluency in Spanish, English and Chinese is required.
